We take customer service very seriously and do our best to make sure you receive your goods as fast as possible.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours.

If you have a change of heart, orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders have been processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

If, for any reason, your goods don't arrive, we will replace your order! This is our promise to you!

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or the holiday season. However, we are committed to delivering your order within an estimated 5 to 7 days for UK addresses.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. Our Customer Care team will take care of it and respond within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.

Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES

In rare cases, delays can occur in-transit, or holds may occur at the local customs office, which may extend the delivery time slightly. Tracking information may also be delayed depending on the carrier's updates.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the UK border. These charges are determined by customs.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by our store. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

To help reduce the cost of taxes and duties, item values are typically marked down by 50%-80% on the exterior of packages.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your bank account is in a currency other than GBP, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but all transactions will be processed in GBP through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
